The Smoking Gun Revamps Weekend Brunch

The Smoking Gun, a Gaslamp neighborhood favorite, has launched a brand new weekend brunch menu that’s worth waking up for!

Indulge in a new lineup of Smoking Bowls and Breakfast Burritos - the below options are available as either a burrito or bowl. Burritos come with two scrambled eggs, and bowls come with two eggs of your choice.

Rise & Swine - peppered bacon, hash browns, and cheddar cheese.

Brisket Cali - smoked prime brisket, fries, smoked gouda, salsa fresca, and a side of bbq au jus and lime.

Chile Verde Sausage - pork sausage, green chile sauce, hash browns, cotija, and salsa fresca.

Smoked Carnitas - smoked pork, hash browns, pickled onions, avocado cream, cilantro, and lime.

Chili Cheese - wagyu chili, cheddar cheese, hash browns, sour cream, and green onions, served with a side of cheese sauce. 

Buffalo Chicken - grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, hash browns, smoked bleu cheese, red onions, and ranch dressing.

Elote & Egg - grilled sweet corn, roasted garlic aioli, cotija cheese, hash browns, hot sauce, cilantro, and lime.

Lean Green - roasted zucchini and squash, mushrooms, baby spinach, hash browns, and chimichurri.

Steak & Egg - grilled skirt steak, caramelized onions, hash browns, and smoked gouda.

Brunch cocktails include the Mexican Coffee, with reposado tequila, coquito coconut cream, Spill the Beans drop coffee, whipped cream, and cinnamon, The Smoking Michelada, made with Modelo, house bloody Mary mix, bacon, tamarind candy, chamoy rim, tajin and lime, Greens Gone Wild - blanco tequila, fresh pressed green juice, agave, and lime, and more.

You can also order bites like the Smoked Wings and iconic Butter Burger, or sides that include Crispy Sunrise Taters, two eggs (any style), peppered bacon or sausage patties, or sourdough toast.

The Smoking Gun opens at 10:00am Saturdays and Sundays for brunch!
