All three will serve traditional turkey with all the fixins’ (Catamaran’s turkey will be Rosemary and Citrus-Brined; Bahia’s, Apple Cider and Citrus-Brined, and ARV’s features Cornbread-Sage Stuffing), as well as other standout entrées, sides and desserts like Pumpkin Risotto and Sweet Potato Pecan Mini Pies at Bahia; Brown Sugar-Bourbon Glazed Spiral-Cut Ham and Roasted Carrot, Kabocha, & Ginger Soup at Catamaran, and Braised Beef Short Rib ‘Osso Buco’ with Creamy Farro, Roasted Carrots, and Pomegranate Gremolata and Quince Bread Pudding at A.R. Valentien.

Dockside 1953 will also host a scrumptious Thanksgiving À La Carte Brunch (7 a.m.-2 p.m.) and Thanksgiving À La Carte Dinner (2-8 p.m.). Oceana Coastal Kitchen will host Thanksgiving À La Carte Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, and The Grill at Torrey Pines will be offering a Thanksgiving Plate.
Gather with family and friends aboard the Bahia Resort’s Thanksgiving Day Cruise, departing at 2 p.m., 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. There will be kids’ activities like face painting, balloon art, and holiday crafts, while adults can unwind and take in the views. And treat yourself to pumpkin pie at the cash bar! Tickets are $20 per person.
