In May of this year, brunch in PB got a whole lot more exciting with the announcement of Mavericks Beach Club’s new weekend brunch menu. Available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am - 1:00pm, brunch-goers can enjoy plates like the Chicken & Biscuits, butter milk fried chicken thigh, hot garlic honey, and biscuits served with smashed potatoes, or opt to indulge in the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito - machaca braised beef short rib, herb scrambled eggs, smashed potatoes, white cheddar cheese, and salsa verde, wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla. From the Turkey and Bacon Benny - a hearty, flavor-packed favorite, layering savory turkey and crispy applewood-smoked bacon on a toasted English muffin, topped with creamy avocado, two poached eggs, and house-made orange zest hollandaise - to the Candied Walnut French Toast, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
